I was recently talking to a highly experienced automotive dealer consultant/coach, working on a global customer experience programme for one of the leading OEMs. He provided some interesting insights into his world and also some comments on Fitbiz360, as he had been able to spend time evaluating our solution. In his experience he felt that most consultants are not great sales people, so anything that could help the sales process would be hugely beneficial. But the most telling comments were that Fitbiz360 could take the scope of his current offering way beyond just dealer auto performance; into other verticals and specialist disciplines such as People and Productivity.
